Decision Making
First, the whole class went crazy. There are many ways I will personally use to handle the chaos during the class decision making exercise. I will listen to what every one has to say, and then come out hard and hit them with my ideas. I think it is better this way because I know what everyone really wants when I listen to them first. I choose this method because I think it works the best in a huge group of people. Everyone should have their own time expressing what they want, but when people start yelling, it is out of control. When someone is talking, you have to respect them and be quiet, wait until your time to speak. There is no way it is going to work if everyone is out of control, yelling and cursing at each other. How can you build up your country if your people in the country are fighting or having a war? At the time, I think it’s better for some people to leave and some people to stay, because we all know that we not going to get another done at that time. We listen to half of the class first, then the other half. We will get a better desirable result that way. Everyone will have time to say what they want, and they won’t feel that much pressure as 100 people listening to them. Good that we have a nice prof, and I think he did this purposely. Thank you…

An Eggs-cellent Way to Plan
We Completed many class activity on planning. My team went through many steps in the planning process. We didn’t miss anything, just that we didn’t spend equal amount of time in all those areas. I think my team’s ultimate performance is great. Everybody stood out and got something to say, they have their own ideas. One good thing is that we all listen to each other when a person starts talking. I am kind of shy when it comes to group planning, because I wasn’t sure if my ideas are going to work. Next time I will just say what I think, may be my idea will help them out a little bit. Before you say something in a group, you always got to make sure that they are all listening, and make sure your ideas matters to the plan. I think it's better to be quiet if you ideas are not going to help the group.
